About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced D365 F&O SCM Lead with expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management and Manufacturing processes to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, specifically in the areas of advanced warehouse management and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of advanced warehouse management and manufacturing modules within Dynamics 365 F&O SCM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into scalable and effective solutions using D365 F&O.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely and successful implementations within the manufacturing and warehousing domains.
Manage complex configurations for warehouse management processes, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and advanced warehouse operations (e.g., location directives, wave management, mobile device integration).
Optimize manufacturing processes, including production planning, scheduling, work order management, and quality control within D365 F&O.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper system integration with third-party applications, sensors, and devices.
Provide functional expertise and guidance to project teams, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful solution delivery.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users to ensure effective adoption of the D365 F&O SCM solution.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to warehouse and manufacturing functionality during the project lifecycle and post-implementation.
Monitor and optimize the system post-go-live to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a D365 F&O Supply Chain Management Lead with a focus on Advanced Warehouse Management and Manufacturing.
Deep understanding of warehouse management and manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
Strong hands-on experience configuring and deploying Advanced Warehouse Management features in Dynamics 365 F&O.
Expertise in Manufacturing modules such as production scheduling, work orders, shop floor management, and quality control within D365 F&O.
Ability to manage and lead complex project deliveries from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
Experience integrating D365 F&O with third-party applications, external devices, and systems (e.g., barcode scanners, IoT devices).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and guide junior consultants.
Microsoft D365 certifications in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or Manufacturing (preferred).
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience working in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, or distribution.
Knowledge of Azure cloud services and the Power Platform for integration and automation.
Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
Familiarity with D365 F&O best practices and upgrade paths.
